Abstract

The role of a pastor in increasing the spiritual growth of his congregation is very important. This research aims to explore the creativity of a pastor as a strategy to increase the spiritual growth of his congregation. This article finds that a pastor's creativity can play an important role in motivating and inspiring his congregation to grow spiritually. This article also finds that a pastor's creativity can help overcome challenges his congregation faces, such as a lack of participation and engagement. This research concludes that a pastor's creativity is an important strategy to increase the spiritual growth of his congregation, and this can be achieved through various means, such as using creative teaching methods, engaging in creative activities, and fostering creative communities. The author created this article by collecting data sources through literature studies, namely through journal articles and also other sources for collecting data which was compiled into a scientific work.
