Abstract

Pastoral leadership in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era highlights the challenges and opportunities faced in integrating digital technology in church services and ensuring inclusive involvement for the entire congregation. Key challenges include adapting to new technologies, ensuring the security of congregational data, and promoting digital inclusivity. However, amidst these challenges, there are great opportunities to expand church services, increase administrative efficiency, and deepen connections with congregations through the use of technology. The aim of the discussion outlined by the researcher is that with awareness of the challenges and understanding of the opportunities in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the pastor can lead more effectively in guiding the congregation towards spiritual growth in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data from scientific papers that lead to the research object. The results that can be presented are that through adaptive, inclusive and visionary leadership, pastors will be able to overcome these challenges while optimizing the opportunities offered by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era
