Efektivitas Komunikasi Organisasi dalam Kepemimpinan Menurut Keluaran 18:17–27 dan Implikasinya bagi Pelayanan Jemaat GPdI Betania Sidoarjo
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas komunikasi organisasi dalam kepemimpinan berdasarkan Keluaran 18:17–27 serta implikasinya bagi pelayanan jemaat di GPdI Betania Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh realitas pelayanan gereja yang menunjukkan adanya miskomunikasi organisasi, lemahnya pendelegasian tugas, dan belum optimalnya fungsi komunikasi kepemimpinan dalam pelayanan jemaat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer dari wawancara dengan pengurus dan pelayan jemaat, serta data sekunder dari Alkitab dan literatur ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang belum efektif berdampak pada pelayanan yang tidak terintegrasi. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas pelayanan sangat ditentukan oleh penerapan komunikasi organisasi yang jelas dan kepemimpinan berbasis pendelegasian yang sesuai prinsip Alkitabiah.Referensi
