Abstrak

This research examines the role and impact of ministry in the context of young ministers within the church. This research explores the experiences, motivations, and effects of youth involvement in church ministry through a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the engagement of young individuals in ministry enhances their spiritual growth and contributes significantly to the church's mission and community development. These findings highlight the importance of empowering young people within the church context and provide valuable insights for future youth ministry nurturing and growth.
